Engaging my wellbeing

I recently shared a video during a run walk, where I refer to "climbing the monster".  It's actually a hill in a gorgeous village on the outskirts of the Quantock Hills, and I would take you on the journey with me next time I did the route. 

Sadly this was recorded over a week later than planned due to having one of our precious dogs unexpectedly put to sleep. 

The purpose of sharing the monster is a reminder that life throughs us challenges in many ways.  We're told to keep going, yet when we pause and be present there is so much we can take in.  We're told not to look back, yet when you do you can see what you have worked through (or up in this case) and the view can be magnificent.  

Going out for a short walk or run/walk being in nature, pausing for a moment really helps me with my overall physical and mental wellbeing.
